3. What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently Reading –
We started reading ‘Harbour of Light’ by Elle Scott last week. We read this author’s debuting novel for this series a couple of months ago. We will leave our review for ‘Ray of Light’ here ‘Ray of Light’ by Elle Scott.
This novel follows the leading characters Nora, Kate and Vivian who find themselves caught in a war. We are honestly just so excited to start reading this novel as the first novel to the series was just so interesting and exciting!
We also started reading ‘Illuminae’ by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristff today. We bought this novel a couple of weeks ago so we thought it was about time that we started reading it.
We won’t go into much detail about this novel as it is quite popular. Have you read this novel, if so did you personally enjoy it? we would love to know in the comments below!
Recently Finished –
We actually just finished ‘The Loneliest Girl in the Universe’ by Lauren James today. The novel follows Romy Silvers, the only surviving crew- member of a spaceship travelling to a new planet to discover a second home of which humanity can live among the stars. She is the loneliest girl in the universe until she hears about a boy called J who is also a single passenger aboard a different spaceship.
We did really enjoy this novel so make sure to look out for our review. Coming soon!
Reading Next –
We hope to read ‘Phantom Limbs’ by Paula Garner next. We don’t actually know a lot about this novel so we are definitely keen to get into it!
How has your reading week been so far?

I enjoyed Illuminae though I did find the format a bit distracting at times. There were a few times when I couldn’t work out which direction the text went in. I haven’t decided whether or not to read Gemina yet. I hope you enjoy it, though!
Here’s my WWW post.

We are really sorry you felt that way with the format. We have seen so many mixed reviews with Illuminae so our expectations aren’t that high however, hopefully we enjoy it 🙂
