This meme is hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words. All you have to do is answer the following three questions in a post. Then, put a link to that post in the comments over at Taking on a World of Words.
The questions include:
1. What are you currently reading?
2. What did you recently finish reading?
3. What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently Reading –
So we started reading ‘When It’s Real’ by Erin Watt last week. We were hoping to read this last weekend however, due to so many assessments for school and university, we were only able to finish one book last weekend.
We also started reading ‘Harbour of Light’ by Elle Scott. We read this author’s debuting novel for this series a couple of months ago. We will leave our review for ‘Ray of Light’ here ‘Ray of Light’ by Elle Scott.
This novel follows the leading characters Nora, Kate and Vivian who find themselves caught in a war. We are honestly just so excited to start reading this novel as the first novel to the series was just so interesting and exciting!
Recently Finished –
We recently finished reading ‘Recruits’ by Thomas Locke on the weekend. We found that this novel was really unique in the way the idea of the novel was presented. However, the story didn’t have a lot of character development .
We also recently finished reading ‘Stolen Songbird’ by Danielle L. Jensen. We just loved this novel it was truly amazing! We borrowed this novel from our local library as we heard so many great things about it.
We are just so glad we decided to pick up this novel to read! We would love to eventually be able to buy this series!
Reading Next –
We are hoping to read ‘The Loneliest Girl in the Universe’ by Lauren James next. The novel follows Romy Silvers, the only surviving crew- member of a spaceship travelling to a new planet to discover a second home of which humanity can live among the stars. She is the loneliest girl in the universe until she hears about a boy called J who is also a single passenger aboard a different spaceship.
We just find this synopsis to be so interesting so we can’t wait to get to this read this week!
So that’s our WWW post for this week.
How has your reading week been?
